Important: We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any Turkish government body, university, or the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) unless explicitly stated. Admission decisions rest solely with the relevant institutions.

No payments are collected through this website. Any service fees, if applicable in the future, will be subject to a separate agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

When you create a student dashboard account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@scholarshipsgateway.com of any unauthorised use.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server, or database.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCHOLARSHIPSGATEWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
